All custom vinyl decals are made specifically for you using the artwork provided. Please review your design and order details carefully before submitting your order.
By placing a custom vinyl decal order, you agree to the following terms:
Artwork Rights
- You confirm that you have permission to use the uploaded artwork.
- You own the design or have the legal rights to reproduce it.
- We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted designs.
Artwork & File Requirements
- Vector files are preferred for the best cut quality.
- Accepted file formats: SVG (preferred), PNG, or PDF.Designs must contain clean edges and solid shapes for proper vinyl cutting.
- Extremely small text, thin lines, or complex details may need slight adjustments to ensure the decal cuts and weeds properly.
- If your artwork is not suitable for vinyl cutting, we will contact you before production.
Vinyl Color & Design Limitations
Vinyl decals are cut from solid colored vinyl, not printed.
- Gradient, photo-style, or full-color artwork cannot be reproduced as cut vinyl decals.
- Multi-color designs will require layered vinyl and may be adjusted for proper alignment and durability.
Print Size & Placement
Size and layout will follow the notes provided with your order. Minor adjustments may be made if necessary to ensure clean cutting and proper application.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check the following before submitting your order:
- Spelling and design accuracy
- Uploaded artwork
- Size selection
- Vinyl color selection
Orders will be produced based on the information submitted at checkout.
Application Responsibility
Proper surface preparation and application are the responsibility of the customer.
Vinyl decals adhere best to clean, smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, smooth plastic, and finished wood.
Color Disclaimer
Vinyl color may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and material finish.
Production Time
Custom decals are made to order. Production time typically requires 2–5 business days before shipping or pickup.

Because custom decals are made specifically for each order:
- No returns or refunds on custom items
- No exchanges unless there is a production defect or error
- Size and color selection is the customer's responsibility
Care Instructions
To keep your custom item looking its best:
Wash inside out in cold water
Use mild detergent
Wash with like colors
Do not bleach
Do not use fabric softener
Do not dry clean
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly over the design
Best results: Hang dry to help extend the life of the print.

When Will I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days for in-stock prints and standard items.
Turnaround may be longer during:
- holidays
- seasonal rushes
- large orders
- custom design requests
