Welcome to MIMA Prints

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom Products

All products sold by MIMA Prints are custom or made-to-order. Variations in color, placement, and texture may occur due to printing methods, garment materials, and screen/device differences. These are not considered defects.

2. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before production begins, including:

  • Spelling and wording 
  • Artwork and graphics 
  • Sizes and quantities 
  • Garment colors and styles 
  • Design placement 

Approval confirms the order is correct. Changes cannot be made after approval and production start.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered except in cases of verified production defect or incorrect item caused by our error.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may be canceled if payment is not received.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Production timelines may vary based on:

  • Order size 
  • Design complexity 
  • Material availability 
  • Equipment issues 
  • Seasonal demand

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Shipping

Once an order has shipped, MIMA Prints is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays 
  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery 
  • Address errors provided by the customer 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos and order number. Approved claims will be replaced — not refunded — at our discretion.

8. Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use it, or 
  • You have permission from the copyright/trademark owner 

You agree not to submit protected logos, characters, or designs without authorization. The customer assumes all legal responsibility for provided artwork.

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs created by MIMA Prints remain the property of MIMA Prints unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

10. Garment & Print Care

Proper washing and care instructions must be followed. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or use is not considered a defect.

11. Limitation of Liability

MIMA Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.
