Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All items sold by MIMA Prints are custom made-to-order. Because each product is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Our products are produced based on customer-selected sizes, colors, materials, and designs. These items cannot be restocked or resold, therefore they are not eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will review replacement requests only if an item is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Produced with a defect
  • Incorrect due to our production error

To request a review, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging if shipping damage is suspected

If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not issued, only store credit. 

Customer Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before approval, including:

  • Sizes
  • Garment color
  • Spelling and wording
  • Artwork and design placement

Once an order is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.
