How Ordering Works

2️⃣ Select your product, size, and color

3️⃣ Place your order through checkout

4️⃣ We print and prepare your item

5️⃣ You’ll receive a ready or shipped notification

Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days for in-stock prints and standard items.

Turnaround may be longer during:

• holidays
• seasonal rushes
• large orders
• custom design requests

If timing is critical, please message us before ordering — we’re happy to confirm current production timing.

Custom orders include:

• personalized designs
• special sizing or placement
• unique product requests
• customer-provided artwork

Before ordering custom work:
Please contact us first so we can confirm:

• design details
• product availability
• sizing
• timeline
• pricing (if different from standard listings)

Custom orders are final sale once design approval is given and production begins.

Mockups are provided when applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve before printing.

We are not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.

Most standard designs are printed at 9 inches or larger unless noted on the product listing.

Design size may vary slightly depending on:

• garment size
• garment style
• print placement
• product type

If you need:

• smaller or larger prints
• alternate placement
• sleeve/side/back prints

Please message us before ordering — we’re happy to customize when possible.

Because we print in small batches, exact print sizing and placement may have minor variations. This is normal and part of the custom process.
