How to Order

Design Choice: Please review the available design examples and enter your preferred Design Choice — 1, 2, 3, or 4 — in the “Additional Details” section of your order if you are doing a custom image then leave it blank

Custom Text: Use the “Custom Text” field to provide all wording that should appear on your board, including:

• Last name

• First names

• Initials or monogram letters

• Established year

• Wedding or anniversary date

• Special wording or short phrase

Please double-check all spelling, capitalization, initials, and dates before submitting your order. Your personalization will be created using the information you provide.

All custom orders are created specifically for you using the design choice, personalization, artwork, and order details provided. Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for providing the correct names, initials, dates, spelling, and other personalization details.

• If you submit your own artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

• You own the submitted design or have the appropriate rights to reproduce it.

• MIMA Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations involving customer-submitted artwork.

• Colors may vary slightly between what is displayed on a screen and the finished product.

• Natural variations in wood grain, knots, tone, and coloring are normal and make each board unique.

• Design size and placement may vary slightly depending on the board shape, size, natural wood grain, and available design area.

• Minor adjustments may be made when necessary to achieve the best finished result.

📁 File Quality Requirements

If you are submitting your own artwork, please provide the highest-quality file available.

For best results:

• 300 DPI is recommended.

• PNG with a transparent background is preferred.

• JPG or PDF files are also accepted.

• Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

• If your artwork quality is too low to produce an acceptable result, we will contact you before production.

🚫 Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer:

• Custom orders are final sale.

• No returns or refunds are accepted on personalized items.

• Exchanges are only available if there is a production defect or an error made by MIMA Prints.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct board shape, size, design option, and personalization.

• Customer-submitted spelling or personalization errors are not considered production errors.

🎯 Design Placement & Sizing

Design placement and scaling may vary slightly depending on the selected board size and shape.

Your design will be sized proportionally to create the best overall appearance while maintaining appropriate margins around the edges of the board.

Please note that the finished placement may not be identical across different board sizes.

For food preparation, we recommend using the undecorated side of the board.
