How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made specifically for you, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect or an error on our part. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, we can create a custom design just for you. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll provide a mockup and quote before production begins.

What is your current turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Larger orders and seasonal demand may require additional time. Current turnaround times are always posted on our website and social media.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes! You can upload your logo or send it to us after placing your order. If your artwork isn't print-ready, we'll let you know and help determine the best option.
