All custom print orders are made specifically for you using the artwork provided. Please review your design and order details carefully before submitting.

By placing a custom print order, you agree to the following:

• You have permission to use the uploaded artwork
• You own the design or have rights to reproduce it
• We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted designs
• Colors may vary slightly between screen and printed result
• Print size and placement will follow your notes unless adjustments are needed for quality

📁 File Quality Requirements

For best results, please upload:

• High-resolution files (300 DPI recommended)
• PNG with transparent background preferred
• JPG or PDF accepted
• Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated
• If your file quality is too low, we will contact you before printing.

🚫 Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because custom prints are made to order:

• No returns or refunds on custom printed items
• No exchanges unless there is a print defect or production error
• Size/color selection is customer responsibility
