Custom Print Order Policy
All custom print orders are made specifically for you using the artwork, design, and order details provided at the time of purchase. Please review your design, item selection, sizing, colors, placement notes, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

By placing a custom print order with MIMA Prints, you agree to the following:

• You have permission to use any uploaded artwork, image, logo, phrase, or design.
• You own the design or have the legal rights to reproduce it.
• MIMA Prints is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to customer-submitted artwork.
• Colors may vary slightly between what appears on your screen and the final printed product.
• Print size and placement will follow your notes as closely as possible, but adjustments may be made when needed for print quality, item size, or safety margins.
• You may upload your own custom artwork or provide a screenshot/reference of a MIMA Prints design you would like customized or added to your product.

File Quality Requirements
For the best print results, please upload a high-quality image file.
Recommended file types:

• PNG with transparent background preferred
• JPG or PDF accepted
• 300 DPI recommended for best print quality

Low-resolution images may print blurry, pixelated, or less detailed. If your file quality is too low to print clearly, MIMA Prints may contact you before production.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Because custom printed items are made to order, all custom print orders are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a print defect or production error caused by MIMA Prints.
